This client came to me with a finished plan but were having issues with materials. The first step was to illustrate their plan in 3D. The result was a very clean-lined, traditional, french country look.  A few months later the client called and said they really wanted something a bit more contemporary.  They sent me a photo of a house exterior that they really liked.  We played with the volumes, materials and roof lines to transform the traditonal exterior into a unique, contemporary facade. We then designed a sleek, geometeric pool and landscape to compliment the home.

This client was building a new home.  We worked on the front elevation and the landscape design.  The back yard is on the small side.  We tried many arrangements until we got all the elements the clients wanted....pool, kitchen, basketball court and existing cabana..... into a pleasing, workable layout.

3D illustration- when you love your new floorplan but not the style of the exterior, or you just can't envision what your custom home will look like......  We can even preview different material choices.  That's what 3D illustration can do!

This was a fairly straight forward project.  The clients had a custom floor plan and wanted to know what their house was going to look like .  They had a style in mind so we just played with the materials and colors a bit.  They added on the landscape and pool design after we completed the 3D house illustration.
